My deposit is not credited to my Mostbet account, what should I do?
If your deposit is not showing in your Mostbet balance, do the following:
- Wait 10–30 minutes – sometimes bank or provider processing is a bit slow.
- Check payment status in your bank/mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card, etc.) to confirm the money was deducted.
- Refresh your Mostbet balance – log out and log in again, or refresh the page/app.
- Go to “Deposit history” in your account and see if the transaction appears as “Pending” or “Failed”.
- If after 30–60 minutes it is still not credited, contact support:
